This is the messenger every 3F app embeds. Each conversation becomes a private Slack channel for the team; their replies come back here in real time, and a visitor who has left gets an email with a link back to the conversation. Try it with the button in the corner.

Who the team is talking to
Each browser keeps its own conversations, so visitors never sign anything. What you pass in user (wallet, name, email) shows up in Slack as context, not as proof. A visitor who leaves an email gets a link to a missed reply by mail, and can continue from any device.
